International Stream

International Stream is the pinnacle of Sport Aerobics competition and represents the highest standard within our club. This elite pathway is designed for athletes who demonstrate not only advanced technical ability, but also an extraordinary level of commitment, consistency, and resilience. Training at this level requires significant time, effort, and focus, with athletes working to master complex routines, maintain peak fitness, and refine every element of their performance.

The rewards, however, are truly remarkable. Each year, International Stream athletes have the opportunity to trial for the Australian Team, with the chance to represent their country on the world stage at the prestigious FISAF World Championships. Competing internationally is both an honour and a life-changing experience, allowing athletes to showcase their skills against the very best in the world.

Our club has a proud tradition of excellence in International Stream, having produced multiple world medalists and top 6 finalists. This success reflects not only the talent of our athletes, but also the dedication, discipline, and passion that this stream demands.
